I've had car accident claims, with everything taken care of efficiently, and lately have had so much personalized assistance with a variety of tasks that weren't really directly their job. It's been the same folks taking care of us over all these years (especially Christa--thanks so much!!), so there's been continuity of service that is rare in this business, and they're really experienced and true professionals. State Farm has been great (no issues with claims--always quick to cover everything with high-quality services, which is a relief when an accident happens), and Richard Dong's office has specifically always been so on top of everything that it has simplified our lives to have all our insurance bundled with them.
